Safety & interactions

More is not better. The same nutrient that helps at one dose can harm at another, so safety is built into XyberHealth from the ground up โ€” not bolted on.

Tolerable Upper Intake Levels (ULs)

Many vitamins and minerals have a published UL โ€” the highest daily intake considered safe for almost everyone. Our dosing engine hard-caps every personalized dose to its UL. If your inputs would suggest more, we clamp it and show a "capped" badge. This is enforced in pure, unit-tested code, so a dose above a published limit can't reach you.

Cofactors (what to take together)

Some nutrients work better together โ€” vitamin D with magnesium and K2, iron with vitamin C. Each ingredient lists its cofactors so you can build complementary stacks.

Antagonists (what to separate)

Some compounds compete for absorption โ€” notably calcium, iron, zinc, and magnesium. When you select more than one, we automatically schedule them at different times of day so each is absorbed well.

Do-not-mix & medication interactions

When you tell us your medications (by class โ€” we don't store drug names), we flag relevant interactions: blood thinners with fish oil, vitamin E/K, ginger, or curcumin; SSRIs with 5-HTP or tryptophan; stimulants with caffeine; thyroid medication with calcium or iron timing, and more. Each ingredient page lists its known interactions and who should avoid it.

Allergies, age, and pregnancy

We exclude ingredients that contain your listed allergens, that aren't for under-18s, or that aren't recommended in pregnancy โ€” and we tell you what we removed and why.

Regional availability

Some ingredients are restricted or unavailable depending on your region (US FDA vs. Health Canada). We label availability and hide what can't be sold to you.

Educational only โ€” not medical advice. Always consult your physician before starting a supplement, especially with a medical condition or medication.
