How our tools work — and their limits

Our dosing tool produces general, educational suggestions from your inputs and always caps amounts to published tolerable upper intake limits. It cannot know your full medical history, lab values, or genetics. The Ask XyberHealth assistant answers only from official FDA and Health Canada sources and will decline questions it cannot ground in them; it does not give personalized medical advice.

Please consult a professional before use if you

• are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding;
• are under 18 years of age;
• have a diagnosed medical condition;
• take prescription or over-the-counter medication;
• are scheduled for surgery.

Supplement regulation

In the United States, dietary supplements are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before sale. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. In Canada, natural health products are authorized by Health Canada under a Natural Product Number (NPN).
