Last updated: June 5, 2026
By using XyberHealth you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Not Medical Advice notice and Privacy summary.
1. Educational service, not medical care
XyberHealth provides educational information and consumer wellness products. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for consulting a qualified professional before acting on anything in the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use XyberHealth and purchase products.
3. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability
Supplements carry inherent risks and can interact with medications and conditions. You use the app and products at your own risk after consulting your physician. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XyberHealth is not liable for any harm arising from use of the service or products, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply to you.
4. Orders, subscriptions & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in one click from your account, effective before your next charge, with no cancellation fee. One-time orders are charged once.
5. Product claims
Statements about ingredients describe structure/function only and have not been evaluated by the FDA; products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Availability varies by region per FDA and Health Canada rules.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to bypass safety limits, or use it to provide medical advice to others.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app.
