- Always dilute. Never apply neat — blend into a carrier oil before any skin or scalp use. Typical leave-on maximum is about 0.7% on the body.
- Not for ingestion. Listed as a food-grade flavoring (FDA GRAS 21 CFR §182.20), but essential oils are not sold or intended for self-ingestion — use only under professional guidance.
- Keep away from children and pets. Store out of reach.
- Patch-test first. Apply a small diluted amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before wider use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
